Job summary

Blue Ridge Associates is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager (FP&A) to partner with Finance, Accounting, Sales, Operations, and Technology to turn complex data into actionable insights that drive growth and improve performance. You’ll lead forecasting, budgeting, and revenue planning in a remote setting.

You will drive automation of reporting,デ data governance, and build financial models while leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve forecasting accuracy, with competitive compensation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• 4-7 years of FP&A, financial consulting, or related analytical roles.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel capabilities and experience with large datasets.
• Experience communicating findings and recommendations to business leaders.
• Strong business acumen and ability to connect financial results to operational performance.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting activities related to sales performance and revenue growth.
• Own revenue forecasts and key performance metrics.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Complete performance variance analysis and provide explanations of financial results.
• Build business cases and financial models to support strategic initiatives and investments.
• Deliver executive-level reporting and presentations translating data into clear recommendations.
• Evaluate business performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
