Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst for a fully remote role. You will build and维护 detailed financial models for forecasting and budgeting, analyze monthly results, and prepare executive reports.

You’ll drive strategic financial insights across departments and support budgeting with cross-functional input. The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a high-growth, remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with complex modeling, pivots, and VLOOKUPs.
• Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Insights) or BI tools is a strong plus.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Analyze monthly results, identify drivers, and explain variances from budget/forecast.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Support annual budgeting, coordinating with department heads.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and investments.
• Monitor key metrics and provide insights on trends, risks, and opportunities.
