Job summary

Advisor360° is seeking a strategic FP&A Manager to drive financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and high‑impact initiatives across the organization. Reporting to the Controller, you will partner with Finance, Sales, Product, Engineering, and HR to improve visibility and inform business decisions.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in FP&A or related finance, strong SaaS metrics knowledge, advanced modeling skills, and a technology‑forward mindset.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, or a related function.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or recurring-revenue businesses.
• Advanced financial modeling experience, including multi‑statement models and scenario analysis.
• Experience managing complex financial projects across functions.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis.
• Understanding SaaS metrics, recurring revenue, and enterprise economics.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with planning/reporting platforms.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work.
• Experience with AI tools, automation, or modern FP&A technologies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting across the organization.
• Develop and maintain rolling forecasts for revenue, bookings, OPEX, headcount, and cash.
• Analyze budget vs. actuals, investigate variances, provide actionable insights.
• Lead headcount planning, compensation forecasting, and workforce scenarios.
• Create complex financial models for enterprise deals, pricing, and investments.
• Support cost optimization, resource allocation, and long-term planning.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages and executive presentations.
• Partner with Sales, Revenue Ops, and Engineering on financial analyses.
• Drive FP&A platforms improvements, data integration, and automation.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders to enable data-driven decisions.
