Job summary

DoiT is seeking a Manager, FP&A to lead the engine behind our financial reporting, planning, and performance management. Based remotely in the US—Eastern time zone, you will build and guide a small, high-performing team that produces internal and external reports and drives the corporate planning cadence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in FP&A, commercial finance, or management consulting.
• Proven ability to run a monthly financial close cycle end-to-end.
• Experience producing board or investor-level financial materials.
• Strong stakeholder management - comfortable presenting to CFO and C-suite.
• Background in a high-growth technology or SaaS business preferred.
• Experience managing or mentoring junior analysts.
• Exceptional financial narrative - turns numbers into decisions, not just slides.
• Advanced Google Sheets / Excel; comfortable with large, complex models.
• Structured thinker - can design a process from scratch, document it, and hold it.
• Commercially curious - understands the business model, not just the P&L.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for All Corporate FP&A Outputs: review deliverables before distribution.
• Own the quality standard: zero unexplained variances in outputs bearing the Corp FP&A name.
• Delivery and cadence of financial review products with CFO, ELT and Investors.
• Lead the Annual Operating Plan process: kickoff, timeline, challenges, and consolidated P&L presentation.
• Team & Process Ownership: manage close calendar, design procedures, develop Senior/Junior ICs, approve automation roadmap, build relationships with dept. counterparts, manage data handoff with Strategic Finance.
