Job summary

HireVue is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst / FP&A Manager to join our finance team. The role focuses on partnering with departments, leading expense forecasting, and owning headcount planning. You will report to the FP&A Director and collaborate with executives to drive performance.

The position offers a fully remote work arrangement in the United States, with responsibilities across monthly and quarterly close, variance analysis, and strategic financial planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or other relevant area of study, or equivalent work experience.
• MBA is a plus.
• 3-5 years of progressive work experience in finance or accounting (FP&A).
• Adaptive Insights or equivalent experience.
• SaaS industry and international experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication with VP-level and C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and quarterly expense variance analysis and close package preparation for departments.
• Own P&L expense forecasting in coordination with FP&A and Accounting teams.
• Partner with functions for headcount and expense planning and maintain weekly headcount reconciliations.
• Support ad-hoc finance and accounting projects as needed.
