Job summary

Divert Inc. is seeking an FP&A Manager to drive budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis across the business. You will partner with operations and cross‑functional teams to translate financial data into actionable insights and support strategic initiatives.

Based on location, this role can be remote with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office); Columbus, OH or Concord, MA area preferred. Travel up to 15% annually; salary range $130,000–$175,000 plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 6+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to translate data into clear recommendations and insights.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial planning or BI tools.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional influence.
• Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budget, quarterly forecast, and long‑range planning across functions.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and KPI reporting.
• Analyze revenues, profitability, expenses; evaluate headcount and investments.
• Prepare monthly results, variance analyses, and actionable insights.
• Drive planning and data-management improvements for accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform returns analyses on capital investments and post‑investment reviews.
• Leverage automation and AI tools to improve forecasting and reporting.
• Support strategic initiatives with scenario modeling and business cases.
• Lead and coach the FP&A team to deliver high‑quality analysis.
• Collaborate with accounting, operations, and leaders to align plans.
