ProAmpac is seeking an FP&A Manager to drive forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning for multiple manufacturing locations across the US. You will partner with Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, and leadership to translate data into actionable insights that improve profitability and strategic growth.

The role emphasizes building driver-based models, performing scenario analyses, and delivering performance insights to senior leadership, with travel up to 50% and a remote-capable setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• 6+ years in FP&A, operational finance, or manufacturing finance preferred.
• Experience supporting manufacturing environments and cost accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and rolling 18-month forecasts across multiple plants and units.
• Develop driver-based models and what-if scenarios to inform strategic decisions.
• Analyze manufacturing performance, cost structure, labor, efficiencies, and throughput with Ops leadership.
• Deliver financial analysis on pricing, profitability, product mix, and margins.
• Provide ROI analyses and support capital investment decisions with financial modeling.
• Build dashboards/reports to improve visibility of performance and present results to senior leadership.
