Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2–6 years of financial analysis experience.
• Strong Excel skills and financial modelling.
• Experience with Salesforce reporting and CRM analytics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead ARR reporting initiatives including cohort analytics and segmentation.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce reporting infrastructure.
• Track customer movement data (expansion, contraction, churn).
• Build SaaS metrics dashboards (P&L, ARR, run rate, EBITDA).
• Support quarterly and annual forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Delivery, and Tech Ops.
