Job summary

NCD, a growing broker and administrator, seeks a Director of FP&A to own budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and decision support. You will partner with the CFO on capital planning, lender reporting, and new business.

Expect to build models, hire and mentor a team, and drive AI-enhanced planning across Finance. You will design scalable FP&A processes, own driver-based models, and lead monthly reviews with the executive team.

Qualifications

• Requires 8+ years in FP&A, investment banking, corporate development, or Big 4 with 3+ years leading FP&A.
• Built or scaled FP&A processes and established calendar, forecast cadence, and reporting.
• Expert financial modeling including three-statement models and debt.
• Experience presenting results to executives, lenders, or investors.
• Experience managing and developing analysts.
• Data literacy; can read SQL and understands metric definitions.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual operating plan, rolling forecast, and three-year plan.
• Design scalable FP&A processes, calendars, version control, and model docs.
• Own driver-based models and P&L by carrier program, product line, and channel.
• Run monthly business reviews with the executive team and follow up on actions.
• Own cash, liquidity, and debt capacity forecasting; prepare lender reports.
• Evaluate new products, carrier programs, and potential acquisitions.
• Partner with Data on metrics layer and dashboards; set data priorities.
• Define AI use in FP&A; implement workflows and review standards.
• Select and implement planning tools as needed.
• Hire, develop, and manage FP&A analysts.
• Support annual audit, valuations, and owner reporting.
• Other duties as assigned.
