Job summary

Nuro seeks a Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A to establish and own the company-wide financial planning and reporting infrastructure. You will lead the annual budget and headcount plan end to end, plus the monthly budget-versus-actuals and rolling reforecast, guiding the executive team.

You will build the systems, data model, and governance processes that support those activities, partnering with Accounting to connect FP&A to the close, the COA, and the ERP.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of finance experience, including 3+ years in FP&A at a scaled technology company.
• Experience in publicly traded technology companies or IPO readiness.
• GAAP fluency across all three financial statements.
• Experience with planning platforms (Anaplan, Workday Adaptive Planning, Oracle Hyperion) and ERP integration.
• Ability to drive company-wide processes and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial operating rhythm: annual budget, headcount plan, and monthly budget-to-actuals.
• Own the headcount plan and incremental headcount approval process.
• Executive and board reporting with narrative insights.
• Partner with Accounting to connect FP&A to the close, COA, and ERP.
• Design and run spend governance and budget adjustment proposals.
• Model scenarios for partnerships, launches, and financing events.
• Build and maintain FP&A systems and data foundations.
• Lead AI adoption to improve FP&A speed and accuracy.
