DCL Logistics is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst/Manager of FP&A to build and scale the finance planning function from the ground up. You will partner with the Director of Finance to deliver financial insight, robust budgets, and proactive forecasting that inform strategic decisions across operations and growth initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and scale the FP&A function, frameworks, and best practices.
• Deliver forward-looking financial insights to guide strategic decisions.
• Develop reporting that integrates non-financial drivers with financial results.
• Establish and enhance financial and operational KPIs across the organization.
• Rebuild the annual budgeting process and manage data modeling and analysis.
• Develop a robust forecasting process with scenario planning.
• Create executive-ready narratives and present analyses to leadership.
• Lead BI/tooling initiatives (Power BI or similar) and data automation.
• Collaborate with Controller and Accounting on monthly financial packages.
• Provide guidance on accounting adjustments and ensure accurate reporting.
