Job summary

DeWinter Group is seeking a Director of FP&A to build and scale its financial planning capability for rapid growth. This is a hands‑on leadership role that combines rigorous financial analysis with deep business understanding.

You will own the annual operating plan and budgeting, cash forecast, and KPI dashboards, partner with leadership to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights, and drive strategy. You will lead a high‑performing FP&A team as the function evolves.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of FP&A experience with exposure to data center or large-scale infrastructure capex.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial-modeling skills.
• Ability to distill complex financial and operational data into clear insights for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FP&A including annual plan, budgets, and reforecasts.
• Own consolidated financial model, cash forecast, and unit economics.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards; report to executives and board materials.
• Build and lead a high-performing FP&A team and partner with GTM, Strategy, and Accounting.
