Job summary

HireVue is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst or FP&A Manager to join our finance team in a fully remote US role. The ideal candidate will lead expense analyses, manage headcount forecasting, and partner with executives to drive strategic planning and reporting.

Requirements include a bachelor’s in finance or accounting (MBA a plus), 3–5 years in FP&A or finance, strong Excel modeling, and experience with Adaptive Insights. We offer medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with 4% match, and unlimited PTO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or other relevant area of study, or equivalent work experience; MBA a plus.
• 3–5 years of progressive work experience in finance or accounting (preferably FP&A).
• Advanced Excel and modeling skills for ad hoc requests and updates to current models.
• SaaS industry and international experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and quarterly expense variance analysis and close package preparation.
• Own P&L expense forecasting for designated departments in coordination with teams.
• Partner with functions for headcount and expense planning and maintain reconciliations.
• Collaborate with executives and stakeholders on planning, reporting, and ad-hoc projects.
