Job summary

PDI Technologies is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with business leaders and deliver financial analysis, forecasting, and actionable insights. You will own FP&A processes, build models, and translate data into decisions that drive performance.

You will collaborate across functions to understand drivers, assess risks and opportunities, and support month-end and quarterly closes with clear reporting for leadership. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or related experience, software/tech preferred.
• Budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience building financial models.
• PowerPoint proficiency to present financial information to leadership.
• Experience with financial planning, ERP, reporting, or BI systems.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and partnerships.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning with business leaders.
• Analyze revenue, costs, expenses and KPIs to identify trends and risks.
• Perform variance analysis across actuals, budgets, forecasts with explanations.
• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and scenarios.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support decisions.
• Prepare P&L analyses and performance reports for reviews.
• Support month-end and quarter-end processes with accounting.
• Identify opportunities to improve FP&A processes and tools.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and ad hoc analyses.
• Assist in business cases and scenario modeling.
