Job summary

Ethos is partnering with a leading AI lab to hire experienced business finance analysts to train their language model on professional presentation tasks. The role focuses on creating and refining AI-generated slide decks, including monthly reporting packs and scenario analyses, with an emphasis on precision and clear communication.

The position offers flexible, remote engagement of 5–20 hours per week (or more if desired), starting ASAP, and compensates at $70/hour for remote work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in FP&A, business finance, or commercial finance at a significant company.
• Strong expertise in financial charting, bridges/waterfalls, and reporting packs.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows (monthly reporting slides, bridges/waterfalls, headcount/opex exhibits).
• Draft commentary for finance reviews and support scenario analyses and other deck needs.
