Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to help train an AI language model by crafting and refining professional slide decks and reporting packs. The role focuses on monthly reporting slides, bridges/waterfalls, headcount and opex exhibits, scenario analyses, and commentary drafting for finance reviews.

The position offers flexible, remote work of 5–20 hours per week with starting ASAP and compensation at $70/hour.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in FP&A or related finance roles at a significant company.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
• Strong expertise in financial charting, bridges/waterfalls, and reporting packs

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Build monthly reporting slides, bridge and waterfall charts, headcount and opex exhibits, and scenario analysis pages.
• Draft commentary for finance reviews.
