Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Founding Sales Manager (Player-Coach) for the United States. You will own the revenue growth across two B2B brands, lead sales conversations, and build a scalable sales organization from the ground up.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B sales experience with 3+ years in leadership.
• Proven record of exceeding quotas and closing deals.
• Experience recruiting, training, and managing sales reps.
• Expertise in outbound prospecting, consultative selling, negotiation.
• Proficient with Salesforce or similar CRM and forecasting tools.
• Ability to design scalable sales processes and playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close and document best practices.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and manage Sales Closers and outbound SDRs.
• Set targets, coach on live calls, monitor performance, and improve results.
• Develop messaging, sequences, pipeline management, forecasting strategies.
• Own team revenue targets and identify opportunities for upsell and expansion.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Account Management, GTM Eng, and CEO.
• Leverage Salesforce and GTM workflows to boost efficiency and visibility.
• Monitor KPIs like meetings, close rates, and revenue per rep.
