Jobgether is seeking a Founding Sales Manager (Player-Coach) based in the United States to own revenue growth across two B2B brands. You will lead conversations, close deals, and build a scalable sales operation from the ground up.

Expect to recruit, coach, and manage a high-performing team while shaping sales strategy and processes. You will drive end-to-end sales cycles, optimize conversion rates, and collaborate with Marketing, GTM Engineering, and the CEO to improve lead quality and revenue

Formación

• 7+ years of B2B sales experience, incl. 3+ years in leadership.
• Proven record of exceeding quotas and closing deals.
• Experience recruiting, training and managing sales reps.

Responsabilidades

• Own full sales cycle from discovery to close and upsell.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and manage sales staff.
• Set targets, coach live calls, monitor performance and improvements.
• Refine sales messaging, sequences, forecasting and pipeline mgmt.
