Meyandy LLC is seeking a founding Full Stack Engineer for an early-stage healthtech SaaS company building the system of record for nursing excellence. You will own architecture and ship features across four integrated products from the ground up.

Join the founding team to design data models, multi-tenant backend services, and AI-driven workflows, with enterprise SSO/SAML, RBAC, audit logging, and HRIS integrations. Remote US-based role, SF HQ nearby.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production SaaS products.
• Strong full-stack skills: TypeScript, React, Node.js.
• Experience designing multi-tenant or workflow-heavy backend systems.
• Experience with SSO/SAML, RBAC, audit logging, HRIS integrations.
• Experience building AI-powered workflows for document generation or large dataset retrieval.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture and ship production features across four SaaS products.
• Design data models and backend services for multi-hospital, multi-unit structures.
• Build AI workflows for exemplar writing, evidence organization, and document retrieval.
• Implement enterprise authentication, RBAC, audit logging, and CI/CD pipelines.
