Job summary

NELP is seeking a Founding Full Stack Engineer in San Francisco to own the entire technical stack and shape a product that impacts patient safety and nurse retention. You will build enterprise-grade infrastructure, AI-driven workflows, and complex data models for large health systems, turning customer feedback into production features within days.

Qualifications

• Proven full-stack expertise in production environments using React and Next.js.
• Experience building multi-tenant SaaS platforms and scalable architectures.
• Strong communication skills to work with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end architecture and implementation of production features across four integrated products using TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Design and scale complex data models for multi-hospital organizational structures and implement robust enterprise infrastructure including SSO/SAML and HRIS integrations.
• Collaborate directly with health system leaders to translate their needs into AI-enhanced workflows for document retrieval and clinical evidence organization.
