Stealth-Healthtech-Startup is hiring a Software Engineer to own internal tools, data architecture, and the infrastructure that underpins our healthcare operations. You will work asynchronously with a US-based team to design data models, build integrations, and deploy AI-assisted automations that streamline physician sourcing, client onboarding, and billing state management.

The role emphasizes production ownership, reliability, and observability, with a focus on building scalable backend systems

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production backend/data/integration systems with ownership.
• Strong data modeling and systems design skills for changing requirements.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs, webhooks, auth, and data sync.
• Pragmatic, outcome-focused, autonomous with strong written English.

Responsibilities

• Own data architecture including entities, relationships, and truth sources.
• Build and harden integrations between CRM, e-sign, scheduling, and storage.
• Replace manual ops with automations and AI agents, observable and reliable.
• Develop lightweight internal tools and occasional client-facing UI.
• Take ambiguous needs, scope, ship, production ownership, and document.
• Instrument pipelines and dashboards used by ops and leadership.
