Job summary

name is a Healthtech SaaS startup seeking a founding engineer to own the architecture across four integrated products. You will work directly with the founding team to define standards, ship production features, and shape the system of record for nursing excellence.

You'll design data models for complex multi-hospital structures, build AI workflows for documentation and retrieval, and implement enterprise infrastructure such as SSO/SAML, RBAC, and HRIS integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production SaaS products.
• Strong full-stack skills: TypeScript, React, Node.js.
• Experience designing backend for multi-tenant, workflow-heavy apps.
• Experience with enterprise auth (SSO/SAML), RBAC, audit logging.
• AI-powered workflows for document generation or retrieval.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture and ship features across four SaaS products.
• Design data models and backend services for multi-hospital structures.
• Build AI workflows for writing, evidence organization, and retrieval.
• Implement enterprise infrastructure including SSO/SAML, RBAC, audit logging, HRIS integration.
• Engage with customers to translate feedback into shipped product; set engineering standards and CI/CD patterns.
