Job summary

Techjays is seeking a senior enterprise sales leader to build and activate Azure-related AI-transformation engagements. You will own opportunities from qualification through signed contracts, working directly with Azure sales and delivery teams.

Responsibilities include developing trusted executive relationships, shaping business cases, leading proposals, and driving complex, fixed-price engagements with substantial TCV. This role is US-remote with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise technology services, AI/data, cloud, consulting, digital engineering, custom software, or similarly complex solution sales.

Responsibilities

• Qualify business value, urgency, executive sponsorship, budget path, decision process, implementation feasibility, and Techjays fit.
• Lead conversations for possibilities—executive discovery that helps clients see where AI, automation, data, and custom software can create a step-change in performance.
• Translate operational pain into quantified outcomes, then define buildable scope, timeline, staffing, assumptions, fixed-price economics, and gross-margin profile.
• Lead proposals, presentations, negotiation, procurement, legal progression, and contract signature.
• Maintain rigorous CRM stages, stakeholder maps, mutual action plans, next steps, forecast discipline, and pipeline visibility.
• Remain commercially engaged through launch and early expansion to build references and larger accounts.
