Job summary

Partner Company seeks a Forward Deployment Engineer in the United States to lead AI-powered financial crime implementations for banks, fintechs, and crypto platforms. You will design data integrations, configure fraud/AML detection programs, and tune AI agents across multiple customer deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in implementation, solutions engineering, or forward-deployed engineering for B2B SaaS.
• Fintech, regtech, banking, or financial crime prevention experience is highly desirable.
• Proficient with REST APIs, Postman, SQL, ETL, and at least one programming language (Python/JS/TS).
• Experience designing end-to-end data integrations with data mapping and validation.
• Strong data analysis, stakeholder communication, and regulatory awareness.
• LLM-based workflows and AI agent configurations are a plus.
• Able to translate fraud and compliance requirements into detection rules and tests.
• Excellent project management and ability to handle multiple implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployments from discovery to go-live with stakeholders.
• Design and implement data integrations using real-time APIs, batch files, and banking extracts.
• Configure fraud/AML programs and CRR models to detect risks.
• Develop AI-powered investigation workflows and production-ready AI agents.
• Support regulatory workflows (SARs/CTRs/CRR) and ensure compliance readiness.
• Test, troubleshoot, and validate data quality in production environments.
• Educate customers and enable self-sufficiency before handoff to CS.
• Manage multiple implementations with risk tracking and recovery plans.
• Create repeatable playbooks and scalable implementation processes.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback.
