FullStack, a leading AI-native engineering partner, seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer in the United States. You embed with an enterprise team, architect AI-driven solutions, and ship production-ready systems inside client environments.

This three-way role blends consulting, hands‑on engineering, and operations, delivering robust, scalable AI capabilities for Fortune 500 clients while shaping the solution with high‑stakes stakeholders and complex constraints.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with production AI systems and agentic workflows.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Experience with CI/CD and scalable architectures.
• Experience working with regulated or enterprise environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Discover with stakeholders, run workshops, and define a scoped POV for AI problems.
• Structure processes, maps decisions, and translate into actionable specs.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems including orchestration and integration.
• Build working systems with agents and automated workflows.
• Own CI/CD, testing, and environments for delivered solutions.
• Consult with CTOs and engineering leaders, defend decisions, and support pre‑sales.
