Job summary

Nutrient is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to join the Customer Success team. You will own a book of customers from onboarding through lifecycle, acting as a technical and strategic partner with close collaboration to Sales and Product.

You will drive onboarding, adoption, health, and risk mitigation across your portfolio, working hands-on to ensure successful integrations and strong customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role or similar hands-on customer success/engineering background.
• Strong ability to read code, call REST APIs, and follow SDK guides.
• Clear, prescriptive guidance with developers and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and time-to-value for a portfolio of customers.
• Manage adoption and customer health, tracking usage, sentiment, renewal timelines.
• Identify technical risks and design mitigation plans with concrete interventions.
• Surface expansion opportunities with Sales through technical discovery.
• Run technical discovery into customer stacks and guide integration patterns.
