Harness is seeking a highly technical Customer Architect (Forward Deployed Engineer) to join our Customer Success team on the U.S. West Coast.

You will embed with customers to solve complex technical challenges, accelerate adoption, and deliver measurable business outcomes, acting as both hands-on builder and strategic advisor within customer environments. Qualifications

7+ years in software engineering, solutions architecture, DevOps, or technical consulting.

Responsibilities

Embed with customer teams as a hands-on technical partner in customer environments.
Own technical success of customer implementations across Harness modules.
Design and implement CI/CD, infrastructure, and DevSecOps workflows for customer architectures.
Lead onboarding, implementation, and enablement programs to accelerate time-to-value.
Drive platform adoption across multiple modules and guide a platform-centric approach.
Develop and execute success plans aligned to business and technical outcomes.
Lead technical reviews and business reviews to demonstrate value.
