Job summary

FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with enterprise teams to architect, build and operate AI-enabled solutions. You will work as a consultant, operator, and engineer, testing business cases with executives and delivering real value in production environments.

You will design agentic systems, ensure reliable tool integration, and shepherd projects from discovery through delivery, with FDA-like discipline and hands-on engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development with major stacks.
• 1-4 years building and shipping LLM-powered AI systems.
• Advanced English is required.
• Four-year college degree is required.
• Experience with AI developer tools: Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, OpenAI Codex.
• Proven API, service design, and distributed systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Discover with workshops and extract genuine AI problems.
• Structure current processes and turn them into executable specs.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems and integration layers.
• Build working agents and automations in client environments.
• Own CI/CD and delivery pipelines for deployments.
• Present decisions to CTOs and engineering leadership; support pre-sales.
