Job summary

FullStack is seeking seasoned engineers to embed AI capabilities inside client systems. You’ll design, build, and operate agentic AI solutions within enterprise environments, balancing business goals with technical feasibility.

The role blends consulting, hands-on engineering, and delivery leadership, working with Fortune 500 clients and regulated industries to ensure robust, scalable AI implementations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development with a mainstream stack (TypeScript/Node.js, Python, Java, C#/.NET, or Go).
• 1-4 years building and shipping LLM-powered and agentic AI systems beyond prototypes or demos.
• Advanced English is required and a four-year college degree is expected.
• Hands-on with frontier AI tools including Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or OpenAI Codex.
• Experience with APIs, service design, distributed systems, data modeling, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Discover. Run workshops with stakeholders to separate AI problems from workflow issues and return a scoped POV.
• Structure the process and the spec. Map current state and turn into executable specs for humans and AI.
• Architect & design end-to-end agentic systems: orchestration, retrieval, tool integration, guardrails.
• Build. Deliver working systems with agents, multi-step automations, and internal tooling.
• Engineer the delivery system. Own CI/CD, testing, releases, and environments.
• Consult. Defend decisions to CTOs/VPs and support pre-sales scoping.
