Job summary

FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with client teams to architect and deliver AI-enabled solutions. You will run discovery with executives, translate business needs into technical specifications, and design agentic systems that operate inside client environments.

You’ll ship working agents, automate workflows, and own delivery across architecture, tooling, and deployment. You will collaborate with Fortune 500 clients, regulated industries, and startups, while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 5+ years professional software development.
• 4+ years building and shipping LLM-powered and agentic AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery with business and engineering stakeholders to scope AI problems.
• Map current processes and turn into executable specifications for AI systems.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems including orchestration, retrieval, and tool integration.
• Build working prototypes and deliver value within weeks.
• Own CI/CD, testing, and environments for deployed solutions.
• Lead client-facing discovery calls and defend technical decisions.
