Job summary

FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to embed with enterprise teams and deliver AI-driven solutions. You will identify AI opportunities, architect end-to-end systems, and ship production-ready agents and retrieval services.

This role blends consulting, operations, and engineering within regulated environments, working remotely across the Americas. You’ll collaborate with COO/VP level stakeholders, defend decisions, and ensure measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with at least one mainstream production stack.
• Experience shipping agentic AI solutions, LLM workflows, and RAG architectures in production environments.
• Advanced English is required.
• A four-year college degree is required.
• Hands-on experience with frontier AI developer tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, OpenAI Codex).
• Proven capability to lead client-facing discovery calls and manage project scope.

Responsibilities

• Discover by running workshops with business, data, and engineering stakeholders to assess data readiness and AI problems.
• Structure processes and create specifications that both people and AI systems can execute reliably.
• Architect and design end-to-end agentic systems with emphasis on context and retrieval architecture.
• Build working AI systems: agents, retrieval services, and data pipelines that prove value quickly.
• Engineer the delivery system with CI/CD for AI solutions, including versioning and eval suites.
• Operate Day 2: maintain eval harnesses, observability, drift management, and handoff to client teams.
