Qualifications

• 8-10+ years across ML, data, and software engineering.
• Production-grade Python in complex AI systems.
• Experience designing and delivering ML/AI architectures.

Responsibilities

• Discover AI opportunities inside client problems and map data needs.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems with retrieval and context.
• Build, deploy, and operate AI solutions with CI/CD for AI.
• Lead client conversations, defend decisions, and drive value.
• Collaborate with CTOs and VPs to scope projects and proposals.
