Job summary

FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with enterprise teams to architect AI solutions end-to-end. You’ll combine consulting, engineering, and operations to turn data and model behavior into reliable production systems.

You’ll work with regulated industries and Fortune 500 clients, shaping scope, delivering measurable value, and owning CI/CD for AI deployments from discovery to production.

Qualifications

8–10+ years across ML, data, and software engineering.
Python-first, production-grade systems (typed, tested, deployed).
Experience as ML/Data Architect, Principal Engineer, or Tech Lead.
Ownership of CI/CD for AI/ML systems.

Responsibilities

Discover: run workshops with stakeholders, assess data readiness.
Structure the process and the spec for automated business processes.
Architect end-to-end agentic systems with context and retrieval architecture.
Build working systems: agents, retrieval services, evaluation tooling, data flows.
Own CI/CD for AI: prompts, versioning, deployment pipelines.
Operate Day 2: eval harnesses, observability, costs, drift, handoff.
Consult: defend decisions with CTOs, VPs, and leadership.
