Job summary

FullStack seeks Forward Deployed Engineers who will embed with enterprise teams to identify AI opportunities, architect end-to-end solutions, and ship production-ready systems with strong data, retrieval, and model behavior controls. You will balance consulting, engineering, and operational responsibilities to deliver measurable impact.

You will work with regulated industries and Fortune 500 clients, shaping problem definitions, building scalable architectures, and ensuring solutions survive

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years across ML, data, and software engineering.
• Experience putting LLM/agent systems into production and maintaining them.
• Fluent with retrieval, model behavior, embeddings, and hybrid search.

Responsibilities

• Run workshops and process discovery with stakeholders.
• Map current state and transform processes into specifications for AI systems.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems with context and retrieval architecture.
• Build prototypes and production pipelines including CI/CD for AI/ML systems.
• Operate Day 2: evaluation, observability, cost and latency management.
• Consult with CTOs and VPs of Engineering, defend decisions, and shape proposals.
