Job summary

FullStack is seeking an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer to integrate AI capabilities within enterprise client environments. You will embed with enterprise teams, validate AI use cases, and architect production-grade solutions that survive deployment.

The role blends consulting with hands-on engineering, requiring strong data, retrieval, and model behavior expertise. You will work with regulated industries and Fortune 500 clients, delivering trustworthy agents and robust AI systems while

Qualifications

8-10+ years across ML, data, and software engineering.
Python-first, production‑grade—typed, tested, deployed services; familiarity with TypeScript/Node/.NET/Java is a plus.
Strong consulting and business translation of technical decisions into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Discover and run workshops with business, data, and engineering stakeholders to assess data readiness and AI problems.
Structure process specifications for automated business processes with data inputs and exceptions.
Architect end-to-end agent systems focusing on context and retrieval architecture, plus orchestration and guardrails.
Build working systems—agents, retrieval services, evaluation tooling, and data flows—to prove value quickly.
Operate post‑launch with eval harnesses, observability, and cost management; support pre‑sales scoping and proposals.
