FullStack is seeking seasoned software professionals for its AI-native engineering practice. You’ll embed with enterprise teams, architect AI-enabled systems, and deliver in production environments.

Expect to work across consulting, engineering, and delivery with a focus on building reliable agent-based workflows. This role is fully remote in the United States, with opportunities to work with Fortune 500 clients and startups alike.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of professional software development.
• Production experience with one of: TypeScript/Node, Python, .NET/C#, or Java.
• Strong API design, service architecture and data modeling.
• Own CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

Responsibilities

• Discover and workshop business and engineering problems with stakeholders.
• Structure processes, specs and integration points for automation.
• Design end-to-end agentic systems and tool integration.
• Build working prototypes and deliver in weeks, not months.
• Own delivery pipelines: build, test, release, environments.
• Present decisions to senior leaders and collaborate on scoping.
