The ideal candidate will have three years of foreclosure experience and a High School Diploma, drafting and recording foreclosure deeds for AL, GA, and TN while managing a postsale inbox and updating client systems.

Qualifications

• Three years of foreclosure experience required.
• High School Diploma required.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet.

Responsibilities

• Draft foreclosure deeds for AL, GA and TN.
• Record foreclosure deeds for AL, GA and TN.
• Manage team e-mail boxes.
• Update steps in client systems (e.g. BKFS/LPS, SSE, Tempo).
