Aldridge Pite, LLP is seeking a remote, full-time administrative professional to support its Florida foreclosure team. The role focuses on requesting, following up, and billing fee approvals, using client systems and reports to process fee requests and update the fee matrix.

You will review new fee directives, maintain accuracy across systems, and ensure timely document delivery to clients. Strong organization and communication are essential to succeed in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years foreclosure knowledge.
• Familiar with foreclosure pleadings and documents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert with our case management systems and ensure that client expectations are being met.
• Work in all client systems and provide required documents
• Locate file in case management system and reply to client with required document requests
• Examine Florida foreclosure/Litigation files to determine the current status of the file
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by Management.
