Aldridge Pite is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney - Associate for a remote, part-time role in South Carolina. The attorney will handle uncontested and contested foreclosure litigation, with some bankruptcy and eviction matters, while attending hearings statewide.

Ideal candidates will have a J.D., active South Carolina Bar membership, and at least five years of foreclosure litigation experience. The position requires flexibility to meet 20–25 hours per week and in-person court

Qualifications

• J.D. required with active SC bar admission.
• Minimum five (5) years of foreclosure litigation experience.
• Ability to attend in-person court hearings statewide in South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients at mediations, hearings, trials and other duties.
• Prepare and draft pleadings, correspondence and motions.
• Analyze complaints and other legal documents; conduct legal research.
• Provide legal analysis and communicate with clients about case matters.
• Deliver outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders.
