Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of litigation/courtroom experience, with foreclosure experience as a plus.
• Must be a member of the New York Bar.
• Proficient in drafting pleadings, briefs, affidavits, and discovery.

Responsibilities

• Attend trials and hearings as needed.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Assist with other duties and special projects as needed.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with Fastcase or Westlaw

Excellent problem solving and organizational skills

Education

Bachelor’s Degree with a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
