Job summary

Aldridge Pite, LLP in California seeks a Senior Associate Attorney to lead defense litigation in the Foreclosure Trustee Litigation Department. You will manage cases from inception to completion and advise clients on strategies.

Requirements include a J.D. from an accredited law school, CA admission to practice, 5–10 years of litigation experience, and strong written and verbal communication. Remote work options and comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and JD from an accredited law school.
• CA bar admission; Utah admission preferred but not required.
• 5–10 years of litigation experience, preferably real estate or mortgage law.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from inception to completion.
• Prepare analysis of case and advise client regarding strategies.
• Draft court pleadings, defense of motions.
• Handle discovery.
• Attend court hearings, both telephonic and in person.
• Other duties and special projects as needed.
