Job summary

Aldridge Pite, LLP seeks a Senior Associate Attorney for its California Foreclosure Trustee Litigation Department. You will primarily manage defensive litigation tied to foreclosure trustees and oversee cases from start to finish.

The role requires a JD, California bar admission, 5–10 years in litigation (real estate or mortgage law preferred), and strong written/verbal communication with solid case management skills. Remote-friendly and full benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and JD from an accredited law school.
• Five to ten years of litigation experience, preferably real estate or mortgage law.
• Admitted to practice law in California; Utah admission preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet.
• Ability to manage and prioritize caseload.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from inception to completion.
• Prepare case analysis and advise clients on strategies.
