Aldridge Pite, LLP seeks an experienced Litigation Attorney to draft and review foreclosure-related pleadings and attend settlement conferences for our clients. The role supports both remote work and in-office presence across multiple states.

Applicants should have 3–5 years of foreclosure experience, NY Bar admission, and a JD from an accredited law school. Strong writing, client service, and multitasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of foreclosure experience.
• Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication with clients.
• Bachelor’s Degree with a JD from an accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review foreclosure related motions (summons, complaints, orders).
• Attend hearings and mediation appearances.
• Draft court pleadings, status letters, and written requests.
• Collaborate with supervising foreclosure attorney and counsel.
• Manage escalated cases and coordinate bank/client appearances.
