Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Five to ten years of experience in law, preferably litigation, real estate or mortgage law.
• California Bar admission; Utah admission preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet.
• Ability to manage and prioritize a caseload.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from inception to completion.
• Prepare analysis of case and advise client regarding strategies.
• Draft court pleadings and defend motions.
• Handle discovery.
