The role requires travel around New York as needed, strong drafting and litigation skills, and adaptation to a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of litigation experience; foreclosure a plus.
• Bar admission in New York.
• Proficiency in drafting pleadings, briefs, affidavits, discovery, and memos.

Responsibilities

• Attend trials and hearings.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Travel across New York as needed.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and other duties as assigned.
• Assist with other duties and special projects.
