Qualifications

• Must be a member of the New York Bar.
• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Minimum 3–5 years of foreclosure experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review foreclosure related motions.
• Attend hearing and mediation appearances.
• Prepare analyses and advise clients on legal strategy.
• Draft court pleadings, status letters, denial letters and written requests.
• Collaborate with supervising Foreclosure Attorney and counsel.
• Coordinate with clients on appearances and directives.
• Travel as needed.
