Job summary

Gates Corporation seeks a remote Business Development Manager for the Food and Beverage Market in the Americas, reporting to the Director - Industrial Growth. You will drive profitable growth across US and Canada, aligning sales and marketing strategies with business objectives and coordinating Gates Power Transmission solutions.

The role requires 8+ years in industry with 3+ in the industrial market, a relevant degree, and 30-50% travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or Business.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience with at least 3 years in the industrial market.
Background with food and beverage manufacturing equipment is preferred.
Travel for this role is allotted at 30-50%.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a multi-year business plan aligned with the Americas Strategic Plan.
Increase specification and adoption of Gates products across food and beverage processing and OEM/end-user markets in the US and Canada.
Coordinate sales efforts across the Power Transmission portfolio and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Serve as the primary market and technical voice for food and beverage processors and OEMs.
