Gates Corporation is seeking a Business Development Manager, Food and Beverage Market, Americas, to drive profitable sales growth across the United States and Canada while coordinating sales efforts for the Power Transmission portfolio.

You will align the local strategy with the Americas plan and collaborate with technical sales, application engineering, product management, and account teams to deliver strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
• 8+ years in relevant roles, with at least 3 years in industrial markets.
• Experience with food and beverage manufacturing equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a multi-year business plan aligned with the Americas Strategic Plan.
• Coordinate sales and marketing strategy with the business objectives.
• Engage with food & beverage processors and OEMs to translate requirements into strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams to build a robust pipeline of projects.
