Job summary

Gates Corporation is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Food and Beverage market in the Americas. This remote role reports to the Director - Industrial Growth, Commercial, Americas and covers the United States and Canada.

You will develop profitable growth, align sales and marketing strategies, and coordinate cross-functional efforts across the power transmission portfolio. Ideal candidates have 8+ years of relevant experience, a degree in Engineering or Business, and are legally

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience with at least 3 years in the industrial market.
Travel for this role is 30-50%.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Develop a business plan for profitable growth across food and beverage processing and related OEM/end-user markets.
Align sales and marketing strategies with global objectives and the Americas commercial plan.
Coordinate sales efforts across the Power Transmission portfolio and build a strong pipeline.
Engage plant management, operations, maintenance, and engineering stakeholders.
Monitor regulatory changes and industry standards affecting sanitation and design.
