Job summary

Gates Corporation is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Food and Beverage market in the Americas, based remotely from home. The role drives profitable growth across fermentation, processing, packaging, and OEM/end-user sectors in the US and Canada.

You will align sales and marketing strategies with business objectives and coordinate across the Power Transmission portfolio, leading multi-year plans with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience with at least 3 years in the industrial market.
• Willingness to travel 30–50% is required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop profitable and sustainable sales growth across food and beverage processing, packaging, and related OEM and end-user markets in the US and Canada.
• Align local sales and marketing strategy with the Americas business objectives.
• Coordinate sales efforts across the entire Power Transmission products portfolio.
• Partner with technical sales, application engineering, and product management to build a robust pipeline of projects.
• Develop and maintain a prioritized list of strategic targets and high-impact growth opportunities.
